1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India using trusted courier partners. The courier partner is selected based on your delivery location to ensure the fastest and safest service.

2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days.
- We ship only ready-to-ship products.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location and the courier partner assigned to your order. Estimated delivery timelines are provided in the order tracking details.
Once the order is picked up from our warehouse, tracking updates will be shared via:
- WhatsApp (primary method)
- SMS (if WhatsApp is unavailable)
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping across India. No additional shipping charges are applied at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched:
- A tracking link will be sent to your WhatsApp number.
- If WhatsApp is not available, tracking details will be sent via SMS.
You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment status.
6. Delivery Schedule
- Orders are shipped on business days only.
- We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.
- Delivery timelines may be affected during festivals, high-volume sale periods, natural disruptions, or courier delays.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your package, they may attempt re-delivery. If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our team will contact you for further instructions.
8. Damaged Parcel Policy
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, you must record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.
Ensure the video shows:
- The sealed package
- The opening process
- The damaged product (if any)

Important: Returns, exchanges, or refunds for damaged items will be accepted only with proper unboxing video proof. Claims without video proof may not be approved.
9. Lost Shipments
If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate the issue with the courier partner. Once confirmed, we will either provide a replacement or issue a refund as per the case.
