1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Shipping

  • You may cancel your order at no cost before it has been processed for shipping.
  • To request cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 81234 09305.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method (PhonePe gateway).

After Shipping

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  • After shipment, the order will be governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

2. Order Cancellation by Hema Style Studio

We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or discontinued items
  • Payment failure or verification issues
  • Incorrect pricing due to technical errors
  • Orders flagged for suspected fraud or misuse
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details

In such cases, you will be notified promptly via WhatsApp or phone. Any prepaid amount will be refunded within 5 business days to the original payment method.

3. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations before shipping will be refunded within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase.
  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

4. Important Notes

  • Orders are processed quickly; therefore, cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order.
  • Once the order status changes to shipped, cancellation is not possible.
