Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Hema Style Studio, we strive to deliver high-quality sarees and a satisfying shopping experience. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Return, Refund, or Exchange
We accept returns, refunds, or exchanges only under these conditions:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Size, color, or preference issues
- Change of mind
- Expectation mismatch with respect to quality or color
- Any reason other than damage or incorrect product
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof
To request a return, refund, or exchange:
- You must record a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video while opening the parcel.
- The video must not be paused, edited, or cut at any point.
- The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package
- The complete unboxing process
- The damaged or incorrect product (if applicable)
- The video must be sent within 3 days of delivery.
Important: Requests without valid, clear, and continuous unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
3. Product Condition Requirements
The product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- With original tags intact
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by valid unboxing video proof
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
4. Return & Exchange Time Window
Customers must request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
5. Return Pickup Process
If your request is approved, our team will arrange a courier pickup from your address. The product will be returned to our warehouse, inspected, and processed accordingly.
Damaged Product Pick-Up:
Once your exchange or return request is approved, we will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up. Our pick-up executive will contact you prior to their arrival.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused. The tag, inner packing, and the saree's fold should remain intact.
Note: In exceptional cases, such as limited pick-up coverage by our courier partner, we may request the customer to ship the damaged product back to us. Any shipping charges incurred for this will be reimbursed once the product is successfully delivered to us and verified.
6. Refund Process
Refunds are issued only for:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect products delivered
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase (PhonePe gateway) after the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse.
7. Exchange Policy
Exchange is allowed only for:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect products delivered
Exchange rules:
- One-time exchange is allowed
- Customer may choose another available product
- If the exchanged product also has damage, further exchange may be allowed after verification
8. Non-Returnable Items
- Size, color, or preference issues
- Expectation mismatch with respect to quality or color
- Products without original tags
- Used or washed products
- Products without unboxing video proof
- Requests made after 3 days of delivery
9. Order Cancellation
Order Cancellation by Customer
Before Shipping:
- You can cancel your order at no cost before it has been processed for shipping.
- To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp at 8123409305.
- Refunds for pre-paid orders will be processed within 5 business days.
After Shipping:
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
Order Cancellation by Hema Style Studio
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Product Unavailability
- Payment Issues or verification failure
- Fraudulent activity or suspected misuse
In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any pre-paid amount will be refunded within 5 business days.
